ENTRY OPTIONS & FEES: 

Ø  On-line registration is $13.00; registration on-line can be made until February 26, 2010 at 6:00 PM.  

Ø  Mail-in registration is $13.00 (Note: entries must be postmarked ON OR BY February 23, 2010!  A late entry fee of $15.00 will be charged for all entries mailed after February 23th. 

Ø  Walk In registration is $15.00.  Walk ins are welcome for all Divisions ABOVE PreK – Kdg.

NOTE: There will be no refunds of entry fees.  Limited to the first 500 registrations.

ADMISSIONS:                                          Adults $3.00; Students $1.00; 5 and under are free

Concessions will be available.  No coolers are allowed in gym.  One free coach per 10 wrestlers.

DIRECTIONS:  5 1/2 miles west of highway 77 & Agnew Rd or 3 1/2 miles east of highway 79 & Agnew Rd.

PLEASE READ THIS NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT INFORMATION...

in the "COMMENTS" field of the registration form please include person responsible for payment at tournament (i.e., Club or wrestler).  If you indicate Club we will have total due for entire club; if you indicate wrestler we will charge the wrestler at check in.  If you leave this field blank we will charge the wrestler.
